The Toolbox Industrial Networking Night is a relaxed, no-nonsense networking event for professionals working in construction, engineering, manufacturing and the broader industrial sector.
It was created to bring together good people from across the industry for genuine conversations, useful insights and the occasional cheeky bevvy.
Why we started it
After years of attending networking events that felt overly formal, sales-driven or simply not relevant to the industrial sector, we decided to create something different.
The Toolbox is about connecting the people who build, supply, design and support our industries — in a setting that feels relaxed, welcoming and genuinely useful.

The Toolbox Industrial Networking Night is hosted by Doreen Francois, Director of Fortissimo Marketing, a marketing agency specialising in the industrial sector.
With more than 20 years of experience working with construction, engineering and manufacturing businesses, Doreen created The Toolbox as a space where industry professionals can meet, share ideas and build meaningful connections.
